The Kwara State Governor, AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq, has been honoured with the Leadership Newspaper Governor of the Year Award for his investments in basic education, health, safety nets for the poor, general basic amenities and prudent management of resources.
The media platform Thursday said his moves are clearly repositioning the state.
The newspaper extolled the commitment of the governor to reposition the state for growth.
